This is my thirtieth entry in The Producers Corner "sample challenge", where everyone is given the same source music from which to sample, and the results are diverse and entertaining. The source this week was Willie Hutch's 1973 soundtrack album for "The Mack", a fun upbeat mix of disco funk. I used ten different loops and snippets from the source, edited and rearranged and layered together, then I added my own drum programming, bassline, piano, organ, scratching, and some Maya Angelou voice samples.
