Last week, Coney Island’s Luna Park announced that it will be staying open this winter for the first time in its history. The amusement park’s “Frost Fest” will start on November 18th and run through the holiday season, ending on January 7th. But, will anyone be interested in rides and boardwalk fun when it’s cold outside? We sent our reporter Tricia Stortz to the scene for a temperature check.
