This week we sit with Everson Perez of Perez Construction. Perez Construction was officially founded in 2017, but it had been active for over a decade in San Francisco. Despite having opportunities to work at numerous big corporations, Everson decided to stay and support his family in construction, with the goal of eventually building Perez Construction into the top residential remodeling company in San Francisco. Perez Construction is a family-owned and run business. The team includes Everson’s father, brother, sister, and members of his Church. The company also has a close network of trusted subcontractors.
