This week we welcome Joshua Dean of Precision Homecrafters to the show. Joshua took over the reins as President of Precision Homecrafters in January 2020. He entered the Homebuilding industry in 2004 through furniture making and later through working in a custom cabinet shop. Joshua has attended NCCER & Clemson University’s Project Management Academy, speaks conversational Spanish, and worked extensively on commercial and residential design/build projects. When he is not working, you can find Joshua deep in the woods backcountry hunting, visiting his step-daughter at the University of South Alabama, or hanging out with his wife, Jennifer, and their 4 boys.
