Description

Ryan O'Callaghan is a Fitness Manager for Elevation Corporate Health. He grew up in Minnesota before moving to La Crosse, Wisconsin where he went to school at University of Wisconsin- La Crosse. At the end of his senior year he moved to Colorado to pursue an internship to complete his Exercise Science degree. It has been while living in Colorado that Ryan took a deep dive into his education, gaining experience in human performance, nutrition, corrective exercise, and recovery strategies. It was through his continuing education that he found his passion in helping individuals who struggle with knee and shoulder injuries to improve their daily function and create a lasting change in their lives. In Ryan's free time, you can find him snowboarding, playing frisbee and enjoying time with his family and friends.
