Helena Head is a Personal Trainer, certified with NASM. She is also a certified Weight Loss Specialist, certified in Prenatal and Postpartum Fitness and in Midlife Fitness for Women.
Helena likes to create positive, energetic and enjoyable sessions for all clients. Every client is so unique, and she enjoys the challenge of planning their workouts based on their individual needs and goals. She believes that strength training is essential for every person regardless of shape, age or fitness history.
