Tiffany Browne started off in the banking industry doing risk assessments. Now, Tiffany is a buyer's agent and head of operations at Xsell Property, a boutique agency offering multiple property services.
Xsell’s diverse team of employees are involved in both buying and selling properties. They aim to shift the real estate industry one person at a time by delivering the ultimate service to every person.
Tiffany says the nurturing side of her personality led her to being a buyer’s agent. But her attention to detail and analytical background makes her more effective. Her clients are divided equally between investors and owner-occupiers.
Tiffany actively networks and prides herself on building sustainable relationships. She explains to Buyer’s Agent Institute founder Ben Handler there are few buyer’s agents in Adelaide so part of her job is to create awareness among both buyers and real estate agents.
It’s important to understand people and their needs, says Tiffany. If the client’s motivation is to get a property quickly, that’s what she’ll do.
Part of Tiffany’s networking involves forming strategic partnerships. For example, a real estate agent asked her to find a property for a client who was unwilling to sell until he could buy his new home first.
