In this episode, Ben covers the subject matter of quitting. Quitting is for losers. That's what we hear all the time, right? But what does it really mean?
Quitting is when you stop trying. It's stopping yourself from doing something that you want to do, or that you know will make you happy.
But quitting can also be a positive thing—it can be a way of saying "no" to something that doesn't work for you. And it's not always permanent: sometimes quitting is just stepping back and re-evaluating your options.
I think the smartest people in the world know when to quit the right stuff at the right time. And I think it all comes down to not having frameworks, not having a framework to be able to assess around when to actually quit something.
The most important thing for you as an individual, as an entrepreneur, as an entrepreneur who's trying to build a company, as someone who's trying to build a business, is for you to have a framework that allows you to be able to assess when it's time to move on.
Ben going to share with you my framework and the 3 areas of quitting that you should consider.
