In our current culture, we are constantly bombarded by unholy images that fail to uphold our God-given dignity and that of our fellow brothers and sisters in Christ. Although we've all been tempted toward impurity at some point or another (or likely will be one day), St. John Paul II and Dr. Edward Sri have some very helpful advice on how to know whether you've actually lusted in your thoughts.
