Episode 06: Regina Stanback Stroud
About: http://rssconsulting.org
In the short window that Dr. Regina Stanback Stroud was retired, we sat down and had a conversation about leadership, August 19, 2019 to be precise. She really pushed my thinking, as she often does. Soon after our conversation she became chancellor of the Peralta Community College District. In August 2020 she retired again and is now CEO of RSS Consulting, LLC where she consults on strategic leadership, diversity and equity in higher education.
