I have had the pleasure of knowing Ricky Shabazz for many years. We were finally able to have a deep conversation with him was August 30, 2019. It's been a wild ride that took him to San Diego City College, where he is now president. He has a number of book recommendations. He also has sage advice for aspiring leaders.
