Back in October 2020 I had the pleasure of having a wonderful conversation with Herbert English, Vice President of Student Services at Barstow College. Dr. English has a deep understanding of the students he and his team serves. He speaks very fondly of his time as an EOPS student and one amazing counselor in particular.
