Brooklyn’s own Teflon showcases his pen game on “Life in the FEDS,” which offers an uncompromising look at the U.S. criminal justice system and the lives it consumes. The single is produced by frequent collaborator Jazimoto, who brings a menacing funk to the track, with cuts supplied by the legendary DJ Premier. He and Jazimoto actually split the production duties on Tef’s forthcoming LP, appropriately titled, 'Two Sides to Every Story.'
