Hailing from the birthplace of house in the United States' midwest, @fennecsound's compositions stand out from usual the sample based tracks these days. Classic but new, electronic but organic, beauty alongside grit -there are few artists in the electronic landscape able to bridge such divides and Fennec does so effortlessly, and with grace. At @thirty-year we've been a fan since the Beloved EP dropped a while back, so when we decided to start our label Fennec was one of the first we contacted. Pressure on A1 makes a grand opening statement, followed with the brooding but bumping Envy. On the B side, Damn showcases Fennecs talent for ear worm baselines, and lastly Cruise rounds it out with some sonic realness with a bit of a lean. It's been a pleasure getting to know Fennec and an honor to have this as our second release.
