French artist Kaval is up next on Argent Sale with three hard drum tracks entitled ‘Cave of Wonders’.
Since his ‘Nocturnal’ EP on Argent Sale at the end of 2019, Toulouse-based artist Kaval has been busy in the studio cooking up his signature rhythmic sounds. In 2020, he dropped around 24 releases, in addition to a guest mix on the UK legend Marcus Nasty’s Rinse FM show and his own ‘Lost Drumz Show’ on Egregore with some of his tracks garnering support by the likes of Jamz Supernova and Joy Orbison. Release after release, Kaval unveils his minimalist yet powerful style, making appearances on some of the strongest labels in the game such as Accidental Meetings, Superkitchen, XXIII and Lowup.
The hard-hitting percussive cut ‘Meharee’ lays down organic flutes, brooding bass murmurs and echoing soundscapes that resonate underneath.
