...and we're so proud to present to you the second installent of our Patchworks V.A series. It's been a long time in the making, and here we have a collection of electronic tracks from 9 absolutely incredible FLINT (female/lesbian/intersex/nonbinary/trans) producers from all around the world. With support from BBC Radio 6, Kool FM and Rinse/SWU, the tracks have already been doing bits.
Blissful queer UKG, thumping UK funky, euphoric, skin-tingling techno, sassy 150 stompers, sexy analogue ghetto bangers, slamming 160 - we've got it all, and more besides. This V.A takes you on a proper tour through every mood, speed and vibe that underground dance music has to offer. It's an absolute toolbox for any DJ that considers themselves multi-genre, and even for the non-DJ's it's got a track for every occasion. It's a testament to the eclectic nature of dance music, and also of people.
All proceeds from this V.A will go to the Trans Asylum Seeker Support Network, a non-profit, anti-state and grassroots organisation that supports trans refugees in every aspect of life after arriving in the USA. The money will specifically go to helping Noah, a trans person who is a refugee from Palestine.
