Karina Vernon and Mahmoud Ababneh discuss The Black Prairie Archives: An Anthology, Vernon’s latest work that recovers a Black Canadian history that includes oral and written work ranging from nineteenth century Black fur traders to contemporary Black voices such as lyrics by Cadence Weapon.
