Like it or not, our thinking, emotional states & ultimately our actions & results are governed by what we believe to be true of ourselves and the world around us.

Any momentary changes or 'spurts of inspiration' are still restricted to the combines of our fundamental belief system.

How does one then attack this dilemma and unshackle themselves from limiting beliefs that perhaps are serving as nasty rulers of all their thought patterns & levels of fulfillment?

A broad topic, but today I riff on some important ideas, as well as a personal example (yep, I get a little vulnerable here) that I think might provide some value.
