I have spend a large portion of the last 5 years re-building my sense of self, my physiological well-being following a traumatic brain-injury, and perhaps most importantly - my mental health.

What I share in this video is a culmination of:

- What I have filtered from 100s of books, podcasts & research papers.
- What has worked for me personally, to dramatically improve my mental health.

This is not pie-in-the-sky stuff. These are 11 tangible pillars I could encourage you more aggressively to consider, to either avoid spiraling into a depression or debilitating anxiety, OR to help claw your way back out of that quicksand.

I do not have all the answers, nor will I ever claim to have them. However, right now if you're watching this - all you need to know right now is this:

The human animal is designed to adapt, change and grow. I promise you, you CAN feel significantly better, and ultimately change your default state. It won't be easy, but it can, absolutely, be done.
