Harvey reads an article he pulled out of the Review Journal and it talks about how the homes in the us has have risen 5% of the past year and will continue to rise but even that certain homes might not. What they are talking about is that there are ways that can influence your home and hurt the value. The first one is that your home is dated compare to the nearby properties. Second item is that you are not staying on top home maintenance, one thing that is important to look at is floor plan, level of finish the condition of the property and dirty air filters. Some thing else that will make your home lose value if your neighbor is not maintaining their home that becomes a problem because when a prospect buyer is driving in the neighborhood. They see that the front yard of your neighbor is trashed it doesn’t look well and turns away that buyer.
