New Year and new updates for loan programs! Excellent news for teachers the Home is Possible is extending to January 31st, 2019. Teachers need to make sure they register before then to be able to open a contract and reserve the funds. This program is only for licensed teachers unfortunately, if you are working for the district the program does not apply. Home is possible program rates are staying the same but VA (Veterans Affairs) is raising their loan amounts. Conventional loan is the one that is make some big changes in that program. Something to look forward in this program is that when trying to qualify for it they have reduced income requirements by great deal. Where before was it $98,000 that anyone is looking to finance with conventional-Home is Possible program. Clark County has cap it now to $70,100 it is a huge reduction.
