If you compare this March to last years March yes it is "nuts" but overall it has just been a good month for real estate. The demand of homes has grown exponentially with out of state buyers, though the supply has generally stayed the same. Visitation rates have gone up this month! The state win was at a 72.72% increase from last year. Stay tuned to hear more details!
