Before you start looking at homes you need to talk to a lender first and let’s assume you are not paying in cash you will need to borrow some money from a lender. This is what heart breaking for people is looking at certain price of homes without knowing what you can qualify and now you except more of the home making it so much harder finding a home in the price range you qualify for. Example if you look at $500,000 home and can only qualify for $400,000 you will never be satisfied and understand those pieces before you go see the first home is really important.
