Harvey has said this before if you listen to the show, his partner Joel says this “figures lie and liars figure.” This is the thing guys $300,000 median price is affected by so many factors. First, how many more homes over million dollars are we selling now than we did in the recent past? A lot more even if you take it off the top bunch there is still a lot in that million-dollar segment. The other thing is that Harvey would purpose and have to investigate the average size of $300,000 home today is bigger than a $300,000 home back in 2006. Another thing happening in our market right now and this is the thing we have been talking about since May of last year. That the inventory continues to increase last May we had about 2,800 homes on the market. Now we have 9,000 homes on the market and what people don’t understand is that 9,000 is normal, it is a balanced market.
