Harvey talks about the misperception on real estate these are things that happen all the time in this industry. Harvey helps both sellers list properties and help buyers inquire properties. In the course of listing a property Harvey will get that one call “Hi I am interested your property 1234 Street; can you show me the property?” He always asks the prospect client are they already working for a realtor, they get to the home and show it to the client. What they think or know is that they want to buy from the listing agent, and they do not want a second agent involved in the transaction. It is their belief that working directly with the listing agent you would be getting a much better deal for yourself. The important qualification here is that Harvey is representing the seller. He has already signed a contract with them and in that contract, it should already discuss the idea or possibility of Harvey representing both sides.
