There have been some problems with flipped homes here in Southern Nevada. Reasoning for that being is that some people in our community unfortunately have not been using licensed bond contractors. They rather use someone that is not to be able to maximize their profits but then the flippers end up getting in trouble and going through lawsuits. Also, some seller has had complaints with the Real Estate Division for failing to disclose about defects in the home. Even on resales when the buyer does a home inspection and perhaps negotiates some request for repairs that the seller will agree to do. It is important for the buyer to be informed about who did the repairs. Stay tune to hear more about what Steven Kitnick has to say about wire fraud!
