TARP funds have come back and there is something that the audience needs to know about it is a program that has been reactivated and it is called Hope Brings You Home Program this is a down payment assistance. It is using the money that came originally from the TARP funds that were allocated to the state of Nevada. If you go back to the time of the crash as part of the government efforts to stabilize the nation ultimately, they distribute funds out to the hardest areas in Nevada. They allocated about $55 million to our market and that money did not get used to actually help people during the time of the crash there was money left over and was not spending it. So, the state ended up in a position where they did not spend it and either had to return the monies back to the federal government or use it in an appropriate way. Stay tuned to hear more!
