Description

Inspections versus appraisals whenever someone is buying a home there are two different inspectors that go in the property in their behalf. An inspector goes in and does what is called a home inspection that inspector is going to be in the home several hours and inspector is going to look at all sort of things. They check if there are any issues with plumbing, avac system, the electrical and he will look at the roof and so much more. The inspector makes sure these items are working and make a report for the buyer about what is wrong with the property. The appraisal is different now the appraiser goes inside the home and they are only there for like 20 minutes and make sure there is no safety issues. All appraiser has to check that there are water heater straps on. If not, the appraiser has to come back and reinspect.
