When a buyer receives the inspection report what can they do with that? Ben discusses with the client and what is on the report to be able to educate them. The buyer will then ask Ben “ok so now what” while they are at the property occasionally, they will discover something in the course of the inspection. That will cause the buyer to actually change their mind on purchasing the property. More commonly that occurs is that Ben and the client will come up with a list of repairs that the buyer would most likely like repaired prior taking ownership of that house. That’s when the buyer gets with the agent and come up with a list of items, that they would like the seller to repair. Stay tune to hear more about what Ben has to say!
