We talk about one of the most important part of buying a home and sometimes it gets overlooked. Inspectors present the material so that your client doesn’t feel like they are making an unwise decision to them information is power. There are things that sound really scary like a cracked roof title to some people that are not aware think it might be costly. It is not a big deal to fix and it is very common here in Las Vegas just because it is so hot. Almost in every resale home you will find a cracked roof title.
