The crew sits down with the head brewer of Dos Desperados Brewery, Hayden Weir! Hayden was named head brewer in 2018 at the age of just 24 years old! At the time, he was likely one of the youngest ones in perhaps the nation's largest market for craft beer! San Diego is home to a colossal, $1 billion craft beer industry.
