Kane County Cougars RHP Jack Fox is a great example of what Futures League baseball is all about. While playing college ball for the Emerson Lions, Fox spent a summer breaking our single-season strikeout record on the Westfield Starfires during their inaugural season. The following summer Fox spent some time with the Brockton Rox where he was large a part of a combined no-hitter! After graduating from Emerson, where he was a teammate of our very own Johnny Maffei, Fox took a grad year at Lander University and signed with the Kane County Cougars at the beginning of last summer. Fox is currently spending his winter in Jupiter, FL training amongst the best at Cressey Sports Performance getting ready for his second campaign with the Cougars.
