Based at one of the Red Carnation Hotel collection in London, The Rubens at the Palace’s Executive Chef Ben Kelliher is responsible for all of the restaurants, bars and the tea room at this luxury hotel located across the street from Buckingham Place. From the large signature restaurant, the English Grill, to the diminutive sushi chef table and experience in the Leopard Bar, he works with his chefs, waitstaff, bartenders and managers to ensure the guests’ dining experience is exceptional. Here he talks with Michell Winner in London about his duties, various cuisines and the array of gastronomic offerings at the Rubens and Hotel 41 next door.
