Singapore’s hawker stalls are renowned for mouth-watering food and great value for money. But now the city is winning an international reputation for its fine dining. On a recent visit to Singapore, Veronica Matheson spoke to Chef Kirk Westaway who was named South East Asia’s Young Chef two years ago, and has now gained one Michelin Star for his restaurant JAAN. Veronica asked Kirk about the culinary scene in Singapore.
