Michelle Winner, one of our American correspondents, was in the UK recently where she was captivated by quintessential villages in the Cotswolds where history is found around every corner. There Michelle and her husband Kurt Winner took a private tour with David Keffler, the owner of The Cotswold Tour Guide, and discovered that what sets his company apart is his ability to tailor a bespoke experience for his guests.
