Description

It is a hive of activity at Maggie Beer’s Pheasant Farm in the heart of South Australia’s Barossa Valley where daughter Elli runs the new Farm Eatery in a modern industrial style building just metres from Maggie’s Farm Shop. The new Eatery has renowned chef Tim Bourke at the helm, and Elli’s husband, Brett Durand of Durand Distillery - it is based on the property - nearby to run gin-making classes. Elli spoke to Veronica Matheson about the new venture.
