Many of our listeners would be familiar with the name Yotam Ottolenghi and the surge of interest in the cuisine of this Israeli chef. Adelaide team member, Dianne Mattsson speaks with Nadine Silverberg, co-owner of Scoffed Cooking school which has gained quite a reputation in Adelaide since opening three years ago. It will be part of Tasting Australia this April , featuring a new Jewish/Israeli chef who will conduct cultural classes on these cuisines, quite on trend since the surge of interest in Yotam Ottolenghi.
