International chefs are heading to Melbourne for the announcement of the World’s 50 Best Restaurant list for 2017, which is often known as the Chefs’ “Olympics”.
It coincides with Melbourne’s Food and Wine Festival which already attracts an international audience. Veronica Matheson talked to the festival’s CEO Natalie O’Brien about the huge range of food and wine events that run from March 31 to April 9.
