PALAT member and food writer and author Rita Erlich was recently in Western Australia where she visited the famous Leeuwin Estate at Margaret River wine region. There she spoke with Stepan Libricky who runs the hosopitality side of the family owned winemaker which includes a highly regarded restaurant, function space, Art collection and popular outdoor concert venue.
