Sauvignon Blanc is Australia’s highest selling white wine.
Much of it comes from Marlborough in the South Island of New Zealand. In fact, around 85-percent of New Zealand’s production of Sauvignon Blanc is sold to Australia but the US is also emerging as a big consumer of New Zealand whites.
