AirAsia picked up its ninth consecutive award as the World's Best Low-Cost Airline in the Skytrax Awards announced at Paris Air show this week and Graeme Kemlo was there to cover the event for Travel Writers Radio. He spoke to Tony Fernandes, the innovative founder of the airline about his latest win and his future plans to create one ASEAN airline, new technologies, even his idea of doing away with check-in counters to allow trusted travellers to self-board based on facial recognition technology.
