Former Wyo. legislator and longtime professor Pete Simpson prides himself on creating space for civil discussion of our history and future as a state. This week, he was moved to share some of his own thoughts "as we look back on this election season, prepare for a legislative session and, I propose, a serious discussion of what’s next for us as a state".
