Dominic DiGiulio is a former EPA investigator and visiting scholar at Stanford. He recently released a study that found chemicals related to fracking in the groundwater in Pavilion, Wyoming (a hotbed for oil and gas production). He told us what should be done going forward and what he would do if he were a resident himself.
