This week, Aaron is really into the 1985 novel "Eon" by Greg Bear. It's the story of a hollowed-out asteroid that holds a futuristic series of chambers that become something incredible. By the way, nothing but spoilers.
Aaron read the book and loved it. Dan read the Wikipedia page and goes on a bunch of tangents rather than being helpful. So, you know, a typical episode. We tie it into sci-fi series in general, Godzilla, Arthur C. Clarke's "Rama" series, hard vs soft science fiction, Dune, X-Men, and how we interact with media.
