In Exodus, He came down as the Father and allowed Moses to see the train of His robe as He passed by, giving His people the Law whereby they can know right from wrong. In Acts 2, He came down as the Spirit and allowed His people to experience his presence, giving us the Spirit by which we can know right from wrong. Each Pentecost of old was but a dress rehearsal for this Pentecost and today we can partake of the Spirit’s presence in full right where we sit.
