1. Is your soul downcast?
-Are you spiritually dehydrated?
-Are you filled with many sorrows?
-Are people making it worse?
2. Remember, don't forget.
-Remember the mountain tops.
-Praise your Savior.
3. Pray, don't panic.
-Even when it feels like you are trapped under water.
-Even when it feels like God has forgotten you.
-Even when your bones are in agony.
4. Hope, don't despair.
