Change is all around us and as we dive into a two month theme of “Change in the Valley” we wanted to set the stage and discuss how we deal with change with a local expert on the topic. Laura and I spoke with Dr. Tony Marker a professor of Organizational Performance and Workplace Learning at BSU about the types of change and how people adapt to changes (or not) depending upon the circumstances and change factors.
