Four ~Understanding the Four Quadrants of a Relationship
The number four is connected with the Passover Seder. We speak of the Four Sons at the Seder Table, and we drink the Four Cups of Wine.
The Four Cups of Wine were instituted for the Four Terminologies of Redemption used in the verses of the exodus.
Redemption is deeply connected with Teshuvah (Returning; Repentance), thus, just as there are the Four (terminologies of) Redemption, so too there are the Four Teshuvahs.
Teshuvah isn't just about correcting our past sins. Rather, Teshuvah is primarily about having an intimate relationship with G-d. Thus, the Four Teshuvahs are in essence the Four Quadrants of a Relationship. In order to have a wholesome relationship one must journey through these Four Quadrants of a Relationship.
The Four Quadrants of a Relationship will take you through a journey in which you will learn to accept yourself, being loved by someone else, and to accept someone else for who they are.
In this lecture you will learn how to have a wholesome relationship with yourself, with another, and with G-d.
