Thaddeus is a founding partner of Farmers Gate, LLC, a platform investing in sustainable specialty crop production assets and related midstream operations. Farmers Gate employs a thematic approach focused on target regions, directly connecting food industry partners with sustainable specialty crop supply. Prior to founding Farmers Gate, Thaddeus was the Chief Legal Officer for a permanent capital vehicle focused on capitalizing best-in-class agricultural production businesses. Thaddeus was a partner in the New York office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP and began his career at Davis Polk & Wardwell after completing a federal clerkship with the Honorable Kevin Thomas Duffy in the Southern District of New York. He holds a J.D. degree from Fordham School of Law and a B.A. from Columbia University.
