The first single 'Start With The Sound' responds to our screen obsessed digital culture as an homage to sound itself. Using everything from Napoleon’s famous violin, the Molitor Stradivarius, made in 1697 to 1980s vintage synthesizers, Arnold creates a celebration of sound through centuries in a single song about the value of sound over image.
'Start With The Sound' also marks the start of a musical journey that led to his unexpected diagnosis of Autism in 2022. The motif of this multi-genre song started out as a coping mechanism for his neurodivergent condition.
After self-releasing 25 albums without a label or manager, UK charity Help Musicians offered Arnold their support for the release of this single and the album.
